Order Processing and Shipping

Orders for merchandise that are in stock are typically shipped within 7 days of receiving your order. We use reliable carriers, including UPS, DHL, and FedEx, to ensure your shipment arrives promptly and in excellent condition. For shipments within the United States weighing 500 pounds or less, these carriers provide the fastest and most reliable delivery options.

Please note that we are a wholesale-only company, so proof of business is required before we can process and ship your order. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to serving legitimate businesses with the highest quality products.

Restocking Fee and Cancellations

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel an order. If you wish to cancel, please call us at 1-800-351-7847 as soon as possible. However, if your order has already been shipped and is not accepted upon arrival, a 10% restocking fee will be applied, along with all shipping charges. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with handling and restocking the merchandise.

All El Paso Saddleblanket Company products are guaranteed to be made of the highest quality materials and craftsmanship available in their respective price ranges. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the invoice date.

Please ensure that the merchandise is in new, unused condition, with all original tags attached. Returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number, which you can obtain by contacting our customer service team. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without this number, so please be sure to get in touch with us before sending anything back.

Damaged Merchandise

If your merchandise arrives damaged or broken due to transit, it is crucial to report the damage to your UPS or freight carrier immediately. El Paso Saddleblanket Company cannot credit or refund any damaged goods that are not inspected by the carrier. The shipping carrier is responsible for assessing and handling damages that occur during transit.

Return Shipping Costs

If you need to return an item, please note that return freight charges must be prepaid by the purchaser. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will exchange the item, issue a credit, or refund the exact amount charged for the product.

Warehouse Purchases

Please be aware that the above return policies apply only to merchandise shipped by El Paso Saddleblanket to your place of business. They do not apply to purchases made directly from our warehouse in El Paso. When purchasing in person from our warehouse, you have the opportunity to inspect each piece of merchandise before buying. As such, all warehouse purchases are final—no exchanges or returns will be accepted.

Purchase Minimums

To ensure that we can serve our wholesale customers effectively, we require a minimum purchase amount for all orders. For orders within the United States, the minimum purchase is $300. For international orders, the minimum is $500. These minimums help us maintain our commitment to providing high-quality products at competitive wholesale prices.
